Stayed in newly decorated room with balcony. The room had climate control, coffee and a cute balcony plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. It had a contemporary atmosphere and provided fantastic service. The staff were affable and amicable and the location was amazing in mid refurbishment

Enjoyed our time here. We had a nice 3-star experience here. Its location not too far from Plantasia was unbeatable and easy. The room was perfect and amazing with bedroom, coffee plus balcony, had a good night's sleep. The restaurant was lovely, exceptional service, brilliant food.

the ,location was very good right opposite the train station. short walk to shops and restaurants and close to rental cars avis and europcar. small but cosy bar area and breakfasts were very good the hotel manager Joe Dempsey was a true asset, always checking to make sure we were happy , was there anything we needed ,could he help with sightseeing etc. We were given complimentary drinks one evening, complimentary dessert another night and he even offered to give us take away coffee for our journey to north wales. he had excellent staff working with him as well - they were all wonderful for convenience to local sightseeing we extended our stay to 3 nights.

The Grand Hotel in Swansea is a cozy and tidy spot with friendly and welcoming staff who offer exceptional service. It is situated in a wonderful location right next to Pennard Golf Course and only a 10-minute walk from downtown.

There was'nt much to like. The young chief was good the older one was no good he gave me a cold cooked breakfast which was congeld with fat. Hotel rating 5.6 out of 10 the hotel as prosspects under the right management

Nothing to like--------it is very poor and I shant return

The rooms are newly remodelled with a comfortable bed. Excellent staff and particularly good location make it a great choice!
